The previous logo was dated and locked into a childish fad look that would not trancend time. The client wanted something more modern and clean. The mark need to resize without loosing information.

The word Koinonia is greek for "authintic fellowship". The uncommon name stands out on it's own, and I wanted to focus on it. I developed this serif type face based on Caslon to make it readible at just about any level. With the "K" in a swoosh it reaches underneath to provide support along with the base of "Christian Center Church" in all caps.

The client chose "Pacific Blue" as the primary color with beige as a secondary and orange as a tertiary color.

The stationary was printed on a light beige paper with a slight texture to soften the look and give it a sense of antiquity. The blue bar at the bottom serves as a foundation for the pieces - mimicking the "Christian Center Church" in the logo.

In place of the business envelope we did a donation envelope.
